Your tasks:

• Creation and editing of technical drawings and models for our customer projects
• Creation of 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software
• Collaboration with our engineers and customers to implement component optimizations

Your profile:

• Completed technical training as a technical draftsperson / product designer, technician (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Experience working with technical drawings and models
• Fluent German language skills
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, and team spirit
• Initiative and commitment

We, elbcore engineers GmbH, are a modern engineering firm in the heart of Hamburg and offer services in numerical simulation and analysis. Our employees have many years of experience in FEA and CFD simulation. Our motivation is to provide our customers with the best possible support in the development and optimization of their products. We are looking for immediate support in Sales / Marketing (m/f/d).

These tasks await you:

• The core of your daily work is contact with our existing customers and the acquisition of new customers.
• You take care of marketing and also work with external service providers.
• After you have completed your training, you will independently develop the sales and marketing area.
• A small portion of your work involves supporting administration and team tasks (approx. 10-15%)

What you bring:

• Preferably a completed commercial training.
• But your attitude is much more important to us – we have a great and very performance-oriented team and that is how we would like you to be as well.
• What our team lacks is strong communication skills, and that is what we need from you!
• You will receive all the support you need, but you will work independently in marketing and sales. Therefore, you should enjoy working on your own initiative and independently.
• You enjoy managing your area independently without extensive structure or guidelines.
• You are not afraid of nerds
• Fluent German language skills

Your tasks during the first year:

• Development and modification of simulation models
• Execution of FEA calculations and presentation of results

Your additional tasks after the first year of onboarding:

• Support in sales, e.g., through existing customer care, trade show visits, targeted marketing activities, etc.

Your profile:

• Successfully completed degree in General Mechanical Engineering or comparable. Structural engineers or structural planners are also welcome. (Bachelor or Master)
• Strong knowledge of engineering mechanics
• Fluent German language skills at least C1 level and English skills are an advantage
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, and team spirit
• You enjoy interacting with people and like meeting new people
• Initiative and commitment, you consider yourself an extroverted person
• Initial professional experience in numerical simulation
• You have worked with VDI 2230, Eurocode, or the FKM guideline (advantageous)
