Your tasks:

• Creation and processing of technical drawings and models for our customer projects
• Creation of 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software
• Collaboration with our engineers and customers to implement component optimizations

Your profile:

• Completed technical training as a technical drafter / product designer, technician (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• Experience in handling technical drawings and models
• Business fluent German
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
• Initiative and commitment

We are looking for support in Sales / Marketing (m/f/d) starting immediately.

These tasks await you:

• The core of your daily work is contact with our existing customers and the acquisition of new customers.
• You take care of marketing and also work with external service providers here.
• After you have familiarized yourself, you will independently develop the Sales and Marketing area further.
• A small part of your work is support in administration and team tasks (approx. 10-15%)

What you bring with you:

• Ideally a completed commercial training.
• However, your attitude is much more important to us – we have a great and very performance-oriented team and we want you to be the same.
• What we are missing in the team is strong communication skills; we need that from you!
• You will get all the support you need, but you will work alone in Marketing and Sales. Therefore, you should enjoy working on your own initiative and independently.
• You enjoy managing your area independently without much structure or specifications.
• You are not afraid of nerds
• Business fluent German

Your tasks during the first year:

• Setup and modification of simulation models
• Execution of FEA calculations and presentation of results

Your additional tasks after the first year of onboarding:

• Sales support, e.g., through existing customer care, trade fair visits, targeted marketing campaigns, etc.

Your profile:

• Successfully completed degree in General Mechanical Engineering or similar. Structural engineers or structural planners are also welcome. (Bachelor or Master)
• Good knowledge of technical mechanics
• Business fluent German (at least C1 level) and English skills are an advantage
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
• You enjoy interacting with people and like meeting new people
• Initiative and commitment; you consider yourself an extroverted person
• Initial professional experience in the field of numerical simulation
• You have already worked with VDI 2230, Eurocode, or the FKM guideline (advantageous)
