Planning certainty through digital CFD analyses

Flow made visible

With CFD simulations, we analyze the behavior of air, liquids, or gases in your system – without complex experiments or costly prototypes. Flow cannot be touched – but it can be made visible with CFD.

Whether it’s cooling air in a housing, gas flows in a plant, or liquid distribution in a product: Our simulations show you early on where flow losses, temperature peaks, or pressure problems occur – precisely, digitally, and comprehensibly. This way, you identify risks, specifically improve your solutions, and make informed decisions – from concept to series production.

Our Services

CFD services tailored to your requirements

With CFD simulations, we make the behavior of gases and liquids in and around your components visible – even before physical prototypes are created. This allows you to identify flow losses or unfavorable flow paths early on, save valuable resources, and optimize specifically.

    Your Challenges – Our Solutions

    • You want to understand and optimize flow behavior, pressure losses, or heat flows early on – even before physical prototypes are built.

    • You want to identify critical areas in your products or systems – such as hotspots, dead zones, or unwanted turbulence.

    • You want to realistically map complex media flows – e.g., for the design of ventilation, cooling, pumps, or reactors.

    • You want to quickly compare variants – through simulation-supported parameter studies instead of expensive individual tests.

    • Real tests seem too complex, expensive, or difficult to measure – e.g., for internal flows or transient behavior.

    Advantages of CFD Simulations

    Measurable Benefits. Demonstrable Quality.

With virtual simulations and sound calculations, we support you in developing products faster, safer, and more economically. Our claim: reliable results you can count on.

    • Analysis of Product Properties

Determine product properties, such as flow around, flow, and temperature distribution in components already during the planning phase. This allows you to identify the optimization potential of your product early on and gain certainty.

    • Cost-Efficient Prototypes

With flow simulations, development-accompanying calculations can be performed on virtual prototypes. This is cost-efficient and allows changes to be simulated quickly.

    • Fast Time to Market

By using flow simulations and temperature calculations, tests can be reduced, and series production readiness can be achieved faster.

    From Practice

Determination of the total cyclic force due to flow deflection

    Project Goal:

Determination of the periodically occurring force caused by the deflection of a flow through a valve, to enable standard-compliant design of the valves and structure.

    Our Service:

Creation of a CFD simulation based on the gas characteristics and determination of a pressure distribution below the valve surfaces.

    Result:

Determination of the cyclic force, which was subsequently used as an external load for a fatigue strength analysis.

Feed shoe for a conveying system

    Project Goal:

Identification of so-called dead zones within the flow in the feed shoe and comparison of optimization concepts.

    Our Service:

Performing steady-state CFD simulations to determine pressure and velocity distribution.

    Result:

Gaining insight into low-velocity areas and selecting the most suitable optimization variant.

    Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

    Quick Answers. Clear Solutions.

Here you will find answers to the most common questions about our services.

    • What information do we need to start a project?

For an efficient CFD simulation, we need your CAD data, boundary conditions (e.g., temperatures, volume flows), and information about your goal – e.g., optimization, error analysis, or feasibility study. Simply send us your data via our inquiry form – we will check what is possible free of charge.

    • How long does a typical CFD simulation take?

The time required depends heavily on the complexity of the geometry, the specific question, and the computational effort. Initial results for simple cases are often possible within a few days – complex projects can require several weeks. Feel free to discuss your project with us – click here for a free consultation.

    • Do you also support with results interpretation and optimization?

Absolutely. We don’t just deliver pretty pictures, but clear recommendations – whether for flow guidance, temperature distribution, or geometry adaptation. Utilize our experience to turn simulation results into real competitive advantages.

    • What software do you use – and how reliable are the results?

We work with validated tools such as ANSYS Fluent or OpenFOAM and ensure quality through internal standards, benchmarks, and – if desired – comparison with measurement data. Feel free to ask us about reference projects or example analyses from your industry.

    • Are CFD simulations also economically viable for small projects or SMEs?

Yes, through lean modeling and targeted questions, CFD analyses are often more cost-effective than lengthy test runs or prototypes. Talk to us about your idea – together we will find a realistic and cost-efficient solution.
